Furthermore, we now comply with the highest standards in the industry that includes music licensing, insurance, codes of conduct, ethics and education.

As a CPDJA Member we agree to the following:

• Offer pre-event consultation to our clients.
• Provide a written agreement to our clients for each function which should include a stated cancellation and refund policy.
• Be Music Copyright Licensed compliant with appropriate CONNECT Music Licensing if you are utilizing custom CD programs or hard disk storage, retrieval and music playback at functions.
• Promptly handle any and all consumer complaints (if any) that may be filed with CPDJA about our service.
• Have access to back-up staff and equipment to handle emergency condition
• Follow the Code of Business Conduct and Professional Practice as outlined by the Association.
